Introduction
The Fokker D.VII was a German World War I fighter aircraft designed by Reinhold Platz of the Fokker-Flugzeugwerke.
Germany produced around 3,300 D.VII aircraft in the second half of 1918. In service with the Luftstreitkräfte, the D.VII quickly proved itself to be a formidable aircraft. The Armistice ending the war specifically required Germany to surrender all D.VIIs to the Allies.[1] Surviving aircraft saw continued widespread service with many other countries in the years after World War I.

Wing span is 88 inches. AUW is about 20 lbs. Power is a Briggs & Stratton 34cc 4 stroke weedeater motor. It spins a 20 X 6 Zinger in the mid 6,000 RPM range.
The 4 stroker exhaust runs out an open pipe routed on top of the cowl similar to the full scale version. It sounds very much like an old WWI fighter engine while running.
